I actually did two layouts for this page... this being the better of the two. Of course, it's very similar to the intro for MGS2 because that is what is a parody of. I really did like how the bridge came out.

It's that time again, time for another news update. So far there's only been two new posts this year. That's pretty sad on our part, and we apologize. I (Jed) promise to make Anthony write more of these. Despite his busy schedule, I promise to get him to do more work. My posts suck, because my posts all end up falling into incoherent begging. I'll try to focus on news though. And as far as news goes, there's a lot of it this time around, so listen up, okay?
First of all, February is our official "start advertising Gremlin World" month. Not the advertising for commercial success, just for more exposure so that Anthony can share his work with more people. We've come up with such gimmicks as "buying ad space", posting Gremlin World on online comic sites, gremlin world week, and spamming forums (hehe... kinda). In fact, for many of you, this may be your first visit (if our advertising is paying off.) If so, we welcome you and really thank you and hope that you keep following the comic, maybe visit the forums? If not... you guys must've been dedicated to make it through the first few months so... please aid us in advertising! Redirect people here, we'd be most appreciative!
Second of all, as I said, we submitted Gremlin World to webcomic sites... which means ranking systems. So, please vote for us (if you like us enough to do so). All the clicky clicky links are on the sidebar under please vote. It'd be fun to move up on these rankings. Oh remember, you can vote daily for some of these. If we get up to decent numbers on these (like... i dunno... top 200 or so) I promise I'll make Anthony do something special for you guys. Art wise. Or maybe I could make Kam do something, though it wouldn't be artwise. And you probably would not be very appreciative.
Thirdly, I did some site maintenance. Cleaned up here and there, and pushed the site up a little (if you haven't noticed). Added links, hopefully changed some colors for the better.
Fourthly, there are normal comic updates. Obviously, otherwise this site would be mighty dull. But Gremlin World is progressing quite nicely and will only get better in the following months. I hope you stick around with us to see how it all turns out. World 5 is coming up and it'll start our first 'story arc'-ish thing. In any case, this is Jed, saying "thanks for reading! (and please read more)." So much for not begging... Anthony, please write up a better rant.
