Gremlin World is updated thrice weekly. Every Monday, a new image is added to the gallery. Every Wed and Friday, a new comic page is added to the archives. Please enjoy and give us lots of comments!
Oh yeah. For every $100 donated, Anthony will immediately draw and post an extra comic page. This way, he can do more Gremlin World and still afford his beans and rice! There's also a special image for donaters. So if you want to see more Gremlin World, you know what to do!
Merry Christmas Everyone!! Hope you're all enjoying a safe, fun holiday and wish the best for everyone today! Finished colors coming tommorow!
It was the fall of 2001. In Japan, the Shaman King TV show had just started, the band Judy and Mary broke up, and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 was still being played in arcades and in tournaments across the world. I was a two years away from graduating at Southwestern College, and one day in English class, I drew a bunny girl. At this time, I was just beginning to form the Aswembar group with some of my friends and so we had set out to create stories for our magazine comic, Magazine Zenkai. One of my stories, From Earth To Eden, was a shoe in to make it's debut, as was the original Talent Girl story, but we needed something else, I wanted to draw something else- a bunny girl. From that I decided to draw up a mad scientist character as well since we were reading Frankenstien in class, and he needed a nurse as well. Suddenly, the story of a doctor and his mishappen expriment began to take shape, and after two issues of Magazine Zenkai, Gremlin World seemed to be the most popular story in both magazines. It was from this point that Jed, Kam and I began to discuss the future of the series, and promted us to try the Web Comic route. And a year later, we're still going, and we have so much farther to go. Today marks the beginning of the publication of Gremlin World as a web comic, and is only the first of many.
